Three Active Wyoming Entities — Accepting Funds NOW

TitleChain Foundation operates within a carefully structured three-entity architecture designed to separate public goods infrastructure from commercial software licensing while maintaining clear coordination through ICSN. All three entities are active Wyoming legal entities accepting funds NOW (USD and crypto). Entity structures will be updated based on legal counsel recommendations and committed funding levels.

Critical Update — All Entities Active NOW: All three Wyoming entities are accepting funds now (USD and crypto accepted). TitleChain Foundation channels grants to ICSN for Internet 3.0 deployment. M5Capital Holdings LLC is actively accepting commitments from financial institutions and strategic partners who want to secure priority positions as featured API providers in the sovereign banking stack (tokenized securities, SPDI integration, M5Cloud compute). Entity structures will be updated based on legal counsel recommendations and committed funding levels.

TitleChain Foundation → ICSN Infrastructure Funding

TitleChain Foundation is an active Wyoming legal entity accepting grants and sponsorships NOW (USD and crypto accepted). The entity structure (Sovereign Purpose Trust or other) will be finalized based on legal counsel recommendations and committed funding levels. All infrastructure funds channel directly to ICSN (Internet Corporation for Sovereign Networks, also an active Wyoming entity) to deploy Internet 3.0 infrastructure, M5Nodes globally, working groups, and sovereign chains. The 1,000-year constitutional framework will be implemented through the final entity structure.

Constitutional Funder Criteria

Only entities meeting ALL criteria qualify for introduction through the Infrastructure Ambassador Program:

  • Long-Term Orientation: Understanding that infrastructure operates on 10-100 year timelines
  • Public Goods Alignment: Commitment to constitutional infrastructure as permanent public utility

State Chain Activation by June 30, 2026
