A Wyoming Sovereign Purpose Trust establishing an irrevocable constitutional framework to protect human identity, title, privacy, and freedom from servitude within digital and economic systems—for 1,000 years.
The TitleChain Sovereign Purpose Trust exists to preserve, protect, custody, and mechanically enforce a constitutional digital framework—ensuring human authority remains superior to algorithmic, platform, or institutional control across identity, property, consent, and economic participation.
"This Charter establishes an irrevocable human-first constraint layer for identity, title, privacy, and freedom from servitude within digital and economic systems—a constitutional firewall that outlasts corporations, governments, and technological epochs."
— Founding Recitals, TitleChain Sovereign Purpose Trust
The Charter establishes six immutable principles that govern all systems, protocols, and implementations within the Internet 3.0 ecosystem.
Every digital system must recognize and preserve human authority as superior to platform control. Humans authorize technology—technology does not authorize humans.
Human identity is a natural right—non-transferable, non-custodial, and portable across all platforms, jurisdictions, and digital systems without permission or gatekeeping.
Ownership means legal title—not platform custody. Assets remain under human control, with blockchain providing proof of title, not replacement of ownership law.
Privacy is the default state. Surveillance requires consent. Data portability and selective disclosure are protected rights—platforms cannot condition access on surveillance acceptance.
No human shall be subjected to algorithmic control, debt peonage, or coerced participation in digital systems. Exit rights are irrevocable and cannot be conditioned on debt settlement.
Sovereign law governs human rights within territorial boundaries. Digital systems must respect local jurisdiction while enabling global interoperability through standardized protocols.
The Charter is enforced through technical standards maintained by TitleChain Foundation and coordinated globally by ICSN.
The Charter is protected by a Wyoming 1,000-year noncharitable purpose trust—designed to outlast corporations, governments, and technological paradigm shifts.

Since 2014, two visions ran concurrently: Sir Tim Berners-Lee's Solid Protocol (data sovereignty through PODs) and Pamela Norton's title-based infrastructure (asset sovereignty). After years of trying to wrap the technology into PODs while digital assets (aka crypto) were deeply misunderstood, the paths converge in 2026 with inaugural nodes at Oxford, MIT, and NYU—co-founders of the WWW building Internet 3.0 for 170+ nations.
Sir Tim Berners-Lee launches Solid Protocol to re-decentralize the web and restore user data sovereignty. Pamela Norton launches Borsetta Labs to tokenize digital assets (aka crypto) and real-world luxury goods. Two concurrent journeys toward human authority over digital systems—one focused on data sovereignty (PODs), the other on title sovereignty (assets).
Real-world luxury goods tokenization (Liberti diamonds), supply chain blockchain solutions, and Strike AI System-on-a-Chip for USAF autonomous assets. M5 Money System patent filed. Expanding from luxury goods to autonomous devices and institutional infrastructure.
Co-founding corporate member of Private AI Institute with Intel and Avast—funding universities globally to accelerate federated AI to the edge. Drafting legislation for privacy, AI, crypto, and TitleChain standards. Writing draft bills, white papers, testifying—but nothing moved forward. Legislators weren't ready. The vision was ahead of its time.
TitleChain Foundation formed as constitutional steward. Filing patents, copyrights, escrowing trade secrets for the banking sector with large IP portfolios. Tried everything—market deployment, institutional partnerships, pilot programs. But digital assets (crypto) were deeply misunderstood, and the market said "no." The technology was ready; the world wasn't.
Year of designing the architecture, securing strategic partners, planning pilot customers in the U.S. energy sector (tech, operators, traders). The TitleChain Sovereign Purpose Trust is established in Wyoming that will tokenize an irrevocable 1,000-year constitutional framework on July 4, 2026. ODI (Berners-Lee/Shadbolt) will lead the ICSN working groups for Solid governance. Waited for laws to change and favor our opening. Everything is aligned and now with the support of America’s Governors and US citizens timing is now everything.
The TitleChain architecture, code, and infrastructure are fully designed and ready. However, we need to activate all the architecture, code, and nodes, then onboard 150 participants for our energy client private beta. Charter Member sponsorship funds this activation—the constitutional founding sponsors who believe in 1,000 years of digital sovereignty. Once activated, M5Capital Holdings and M5Bank (Sovereign Banking-as-a-Service platform) become operational for licensed operators and enterprise customers. U.S. energy sector pilot projects—from tech providers to operators to traders—launch immediately after activation. M5POD wraps banking, identity, and title infrastructure into Solid's Personal Online Data stores. The technology markets rejected in 2023 is now the foundation for nation-state sovereignty. The laws changed. The timing is now.
Trust Protector / Founder-Architect Pamela Norton launches the Internet Corporation for Sovereign Networks (ICSN) to coordinate global deployment across 170+ nations. All intellectual property and development work is transferred into the Wyoming Sovereign Purpose Trust (SPT)—ensuring 1,000 years of constitutional protection. PODs become the foundation of ICSN's sovereign infrastructure. Inaugural M5Nodes go live at Oxford University (Cheng Kar Shun Digital Hub), MIT (with Sir Tim Berners-Lee), NYU (unitednationschain.eth + newyorkcitychain.eth), and UC Berkeley (californiachain.eth) for environmental finance + sustainable tech + exchanges. The original team—world’s best architects—returns to usher in 100+ years of peace.
The Charter's constitutional protections remain enforceable for 1,000 years—outlasting corporations, governments, and technological paradigms to preserve human authority in digital systems and ensure peaceful sovereignty for generations.
After years of parallel development—Sir Tim Berners-Lee's Solid Protocol (data sovereignty) and Pamela Norton's title-based infrastructure (asset sovereignty)—the paths converge with inaugural nodes at the world's leading institutions: Oxford, MIT, NYU, and UC Berkeley.
