The Foundation is anchored by the TitleChain Sovereign Purpose Trust — a Wyoming purpose-trust structure designed for a maximum term of one thousand years. The purpose is continuity: preserve a human-first digital framework across generations, keeping constitutional stewardship separate from commercial operation.
The commons funds real-world implementation testing.
Public pilots are one of the ways the Economic Capture Eval meets the world. The Foundation seeks underwriters for bounded, measured pilots — including the activation of women-led ventures through human-controlled AI and portable credentials.
One scaled goal is to support the activation of up to 100,000 women-led ventures — a goal, not a claim of current activation. The first funded reference program begins with 75 women across five Sophia capability cohorts.

Sponsorship can fund public infrastructure, paid contributors or human capability programs. It never purchases standards authority, governance control, private participant data or ownership of the person receiving support.

Four ways to support the commons
Support the work without owning the work.
We are seeking aligned support from public-interest foundations, AI accountability funders, research institutions, economists, civic technology organizations, open-infrastructure partners, independent reviewers, and compute and infrastructure partners. You do not have to agree with us — you only have to be willing to test the question.
Underwrite Research
Support an entire research workstream or evaluation program — benchmark research, scenario development, scoring, validation, external replication, research fellows, public dashboard, and documentation.
Fund a Public Pilot
Support a defined benchmark, dataset, scenario family or public test — including human agency research, accountable AI-agent controls, hardware endpoint trust, identity and credential portability, and real-world implementation testing.
Support Independent Review
Fund replication, expert review, scoring, security review or conformance testing. Reviewers may challenge the work — no sponsor purchases control over the result.
Contribute Infrastructure
Provide compute, hosting, testing infrastructure, professional expertise or other public-interest resources. In-kind contributions are reported separately from cash.
