Open standards for human-rooted identity, sovereign networks, and accountable agents.
TitleChain Foundation is a non-profit steward building open-source financial and identity infrastructure for the global public. We publish the Internet Cooperative for Sovereign Networks (ICSN) standards, implementation-neutral specifications for identity origin, verifiable credentials, accountable agents, and sovereign participation, and we maintain the reference implementations, conformance materials, and public review process that keep those standards honest.
This site is the Foundation’s developer portal: a single-page console surfacing live signals from our public GitHub, the layer stack behind our audited repositories, the ecosystem of member-controlled tools (including the M5-CV proof-of-capability vault), and the governance nodes that make the work non-capturable. Everything here is open, implementation-neutral, and developed through public review rather than behind a paywall. No sponsor purchases governance authority, conformance status, or access to private participant data.
The work is for everyone who depends on trustworthy digital infrastructure: developers and systems thinkers who implement the specs, institutions and public agencies that adopt them, security and privacy builders who harden them, educators who teach them, and the 100,000 women-led ventures the Foundation is activating through free, human-controlled identity origin. If you hold a credential, run a node, review a pull request, or simply star a repository, this commons belongs to you.
It is built by the TitleChain Foundation together with a global community of contributors. The Foundation acts as steward, not owner, of the standards. M5 is one implementation of the standard, not the owner of it. Governance is public, contributions are credited, and every member self-creates and controls their own proof of capability. We are a sovereign, human-rights employer, cooperative, and partner building M5 economics for a global community, and we welcome contribution across every nation, tribe, ability, background, belief, and walk of life.
Non-capturable by design
Open specifications, public review, and independent implementation keep the standard from being owned by any single party.
Human-rooted identity
Identity origin belongs to the individual, not to a platform — offered at no charge and designed to stay that way.
Open contribution
Anyone can fork the specs, propose changes, support open issues, and become a credited contributor.
Global commons
Built for a worldwide community of developers, institutions, and ventures — including 100,000 women-led businesses.
